Often simple is better and you can't get much more simple than this Seatech Chilean Crab Meat Recipe. With only three ingredients it is easy to make and has amazing flavor.
1 lb. Seatech Chilean Crab Meat
8 hoagie rolls
1-2 sticks of unsalted butter
Melt 1-2 sticks of unsalted butter in a saute pan on medium low heat. Once the butter melted turn heat to low and add crab meat. While crab meat is warming split the hoagie rolls buttering the inside and grilling butter side down until golden brown. Once the hoagie rolls are ready divide crab meat among the buns and server immediately.
Serve with kettle potato chips
