Often simple is better and you can't get much more simple than this Seatech Chilean Langostino Lobster Meat Recipe. With only three ingredients it is easy to make and has amazing flavor.

 

Ingredients:

 

1 lb. Seatech Langostino Lobster Meat

8 hoagie rolls

1-2 sticks of unsalted butter

 

Directions:

 

Melt 1-2 sticks of unsalted butter in a saute pan on medium low heat. Once the butter melted turn heat to low and add langostino meat. While langostino meat is warming split the hoagie rolls buttering the inside and grilling butter side down until golden brown. Once the hoagie rolls are ready divide langostino meat among the buns and server immediately.

 

Serving Suggestions:

 

Serve with kettle potato chips

Serve with french fries

Serve with coleslaw
