The Most Delicious Part Of The Crab

Packed from fresh cooked Chilean rock crab Seatech cocktail claws have the wonderful sweet briny flavor of the sea. All the work of removing the shell is done leaving one pincher that is perfect to use as a handle for eating. They are great to serve as an appetizer with cocktail sauce or melted butter. Another great use is to add them to Cioppino.


The claws are cooked and then individually flash frozen to lock in the fresh flavor and texture of the meat. Just thaw them out and they are ready to serve. The best method to thaw these claws is to place them in the refrigerator over night. You can also place the sealed bag in a large bowl of cold water to thaw within and hour or two. Once thawed serve immediately or place in the refrigerator until it is time to serve.
