This recipe makes for a quick and easy meal. Melted cheese on a mound of crab over nice sourdough bread is just so good.
Ingredients:
1 lb Seatech Chilean Crab Meat
8 oz cheddar cheese
4 large slices of sourdough bread
1-2 Tbsp lite mayonnaise
Seasoning salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Directions:
Spread the desired amount of mayonnaise on each slice of bread. Divide crab meat and place on the slices of bread and then put a layer of cheese over the crab meat. Place on a baking sheet and season with seasoning salt and pepper. Broil until cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve immediately.
