Crab salad on toast is an easy recipe that can be put together on a moment's notice.
8 oz Seatech Chilean Crab Meat
4 slices of good quality bread
1-2 Tbsp lite mayonnaise to taste
1 stalk of celery chopped
1/2 medium sweet onion diced
seasoning salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Place crab meat in bowl and add celery, onion and desired amount of mayonnaise. Season with seasoning salt and pepper to taste. Divide crab mixture among the toasted bread and serve immediately.
Serve with a nice tomato of seafood bisque
Add cooked shrimp meat to the recipe
Serve with kettle chips
