These Chilean King Crab sliders a very easy to make and are quite delicious.
1 pound Seatech Chilean King Crab Meat (Santolla)
2 stocks celery, diced
1/4 cup light mayonnaise or more if desired
1 bunch chives, finely sliced
Fresh lemon juice from half a lemon
12 brioche buns or rolls
Place Chilean king crab meat in large bowl. Gently mix in celery, mayonnaise, chives and lemon juice until blended. Divide crab mixture among the brioche buns and serve.
Serve with chips
Serve with french fries
Serve with a nice green salad or coleslaw
