For a quick and delicious meal make some Chilean King Crab Rolls.
Ingredients:
1 pound Chilean King Crab Meat
4 Tbsp light mayonnaise
2 stalks celery diced
1/2 small sweet onion diced
Seasoning salt to taste
black pepper
8 sandwich rolls or hot dog buns
Butter optional
Directions:
Place king crab meat, mayonnaise, celery and onion into a mixing bowl and gently blend. Season with seasoning salt and pepper to taste. You can optionally spit the rolls or buns, butter and grill them until golden brown. Divide crab mixture among the rolls and serve immediately.
