Seatech's vacuum packed cooked salmon is produced from skinless and boneless premium salmon from which the fat line has been removed. The salmon is cooked in a smoker without the smoke process which creates a very mild smoky flavor.

Seatech's cooked salmon is ready to serve immediately after thawing. It can be used for wraps, chowders, salads, sandwiches, pasta, appetizers and many other dishes.
