Rich Cheesy Deliciousness


This crab Mac & Cheese recipe is rich and delicious. A blend of four different cheeses and heavy cream makes this a very flavorful smooth dish. The natural sweet briny flavor of the crab meat brings mac & cheese to the next level. With the crunchy textures of the bread crumbs that top this dish to the gooey delicious cheese this is comfort food at its best.




1 pound Seatech Chilean langostino meat

1 1 lb. box of Penne Pasta

1/3 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

1/3 cup Romano cheese, grated

1/3 cup Gruyere cheese, grated

1/3 cup Marscapone cheese

2 cups heavy cream

salt to taste

white pepper to taste

ground nutmeg to taste

panko bread crumbs

vegetable oil




Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


Place the grated cheese and marscapone into a large mixing bowl. Boil the pasta until just al dente. Drain the pasta and place it into the bowl with the cheese. Add the heavy cream, langostino lobster meat and blend ingredients together. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Place the pasta mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish (Optionally you can divide the pasta among large ramekins). Sprinkle the panko bread crumbs over the pasta and drizzle oil over the bread crumbs. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until bread crumbs start to brown and serve.


Serving Suggestions:


Serve with a green salad.
