This Chilean king crab shooter recipe brings together the great combination of king crab meat, avocado and lemon juice. It is amazingly simple recipe to throw together that makes for a delicious appetizer.
1 lb Seatech Chilean King Crab Meat
8 tall shot glasses
Half the avocado(s), remove pit, remove peel and cut into a large dice. Place diced avocado in a bowl and mix in lemon juice. Place one ounce of body and or broken crab meat in the bottom of each shot glass. Place diced avocado in each glass over the crab meat to the top. Lay one to two pieces of leg meat over the top of the shot glass and serve.
Instead of using shot glasses serve on crostini
