1 85g Cup Ocean Kitchen Salmon Tartar
2 Bagels halved
Thin sliced red onion
Fresh sprigs of dill or dried dill
Spread cream cheese on the bottom half of each bagel and then divide the steelhead tartar and place half over the cream cheese. Then place capers, sliced red onion, dill and cover with the top half of the bagel.
