This salmon tartar tower makes with for a refreshing starter a wonderful mix of flavors. It is easy to assemble and will impress your guests.
2 - 85g Ocean Kitchen Salmon tartar cups
1 fresh mango peeled seeded and diced
1 ripe avocado peeled seeded and diced
1/2 cup micro greens
Place a round mold on the center of a plate. Gently pack one fourth of the avocado in the mold. Pack one fourth of the diced mango in the mold. Then pack one fourth of the salmon tartar in the mold. Gently remove the mold while placing light pressure on the tartar. Repeat these steps for the other three towers and top each with micro greens.
Serve with a vanilla bean vinaigrette
Sever with a lemon vinaigrette
