Poke is a marinated salad served as an appetizer in Hawaiian cuisine. This dish has been heavily influenced by Japanese and other Asian cuisines.
3 85g cups Ocean Kitchen Salmon Tartar
3 Tbsp green onions finely chopped
3 Tbsp Maui onion finely sliced
1 Tbsp shoyu (soy sauce)
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Dash sriracha sauce to taste
1 Tbsp pickled ginger finely chopped
Sesame oil to taste
Salt to taste
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients reserving a few chopped green onions to garnish dish, and mix gently. Cover and refrigerate for one to two hours before serving.
Serve with sticky rice.
