Sriracha Crunch Salmon Wrap Recipe

Salmon With A Slight Kiss of Smoke Flavor

Give your meal a little kick with a quick salmon wrap filled with delicious and healthy ingredients. This recipe was developed by Kathy Casey Food Studios for Seatech Corporation.

 

Makes 4 Wraps

 

Ingredients:

 

1/4 Cup regular or light mayonnaise

2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce

1 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce

1/4 Cup green onion, thinly sliced

2 Cups shredded coleslaw mix

1/4 Cup cilantro, course-chopped

4 Large (10 inch) burrito style flour tortias whole wheat or spinach

8 oz wt. Ocean Kitchen Cooked Salmon

4 Spears English Cucumber

1/2 each ripe avocado, cut in 8 slices

 

Directions:

 

Combine mayonnaise, sriracha and soy sauce. Refrigerate until needed. Toss together the green onion, coleslaw mix and cilantro..

Place two ounces of Ocean Kitchen Cooked Salmon down the center of a tortilla. Lay on a cucumber spear, 1/2 of the slaw of slaw mixture and two slices of avocado.

Drizzle with 1 1/2 tablespoons of the spicy mayonaise. Roll burrito style, ends folded in. Slice in half on a bias for serving.

 

Serving Suggestions:

 

For added texture add bean sprouts to the coleslaw mixture

Serve extra sauce on the side for dipping

For an extra spicy kick add sliced jalapenos peppers
